Eitan Goore, a senior at Carmichael Jesuit High in California, took second in the men's elite section Saturday at the Vaulter Club Vaulter Magazine Big Red Barn Fall Fest meet in Sun City, Calif. Goore, participating in his first head-to-head competition since March 11, cleared 15-7 (4.75m) on his third try and had three attempts at a personal-best 16-0.75 (4.90m).
